This was a coaching skills workshop I facilitated for a group of 30 Singapore leaders and managers. The session was held in Singapore and this was session 3 of a three part series held in April 2025.
There were experiential activities and coaching conversations. and participants were required often to step outside their comfort zones to surface real insight.
We had activities that flushed out how trust were built. Because trust isn’t built on slides or frameworks.
It’s built on the felt experience of safety. It’s easy to talk about trust. It’s harder to notice when it’s missing.
Trust is not a soft skill. It’s a core leadership capability to deliver deep coaching.
