Summary:
Flew from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to deliver a CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFInder) Workshop for regional Finance Leaders from Havi Logistics. This was a full day workshop delivered in March 2023. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.

The group was bubbly and enthusiastic to learn. The Team Lead shared with great openness about her strengths and weaknesses. It was a memorable time for me. Hope to be able to conduct more of such sessions!
