Victor delivered a full-staff CliftonStrengths Team Workshop for Motion for Impact in January 2023, timed deliberately after a period of new hires to bond the expanded team through the discovery of individual and collective strengths. The session was designed with high interaction between all staff members, creating genuine connection and mutual understanding across the whole organisation.
