Summary:
Together with the Chief Experience Officer from Motion, Hajar Manaf, we co-created and facilitated a values workshop for the Motion team. The session was held in Little India in Singapore for the whole staff. We spent a few months planning for this values workshop as part of a larger frame of building and strengthening the culture for the existing team. Both Hajar and I believed that we need the staff to not just know their strengths at work but also to live out the core values of Motion.

The focus for the session was on helping Motion staff to articulate the core values and to connect the core values into the Motion’s way of working, both internally and externally.

The day went very well. I led an icebreaker that had so much laughter and I loved it! The people were very engaged and by the time the workshop ended, we had many meaningful conversations among the different ones.
