Victor Seet and Singapore Tourism Board team after CliftonStrengths workshop with group activities and discussions in Singapore — "This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for the CMIT team from Singapore Tourism Board (STB). The session was held in Singapore and used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language for stronger partnerships and collaboration.

Summary:
This was the 20th CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) workshop program completed for Singapore Tourism Board. There was a told of 24 participants and the workshop was held in Orchard Road, Singapore. The focus of the workshop was on team dynamics. We also explored decision making and partnerships. The session was delivered on 29 Aug 2023.

We first help the team learn the strengths language and facilitated several conversations between each other. After that, we explored how to leverage strengths more effectively for collaboration, focusing on unpacking the team strengths to see the team dynamics. The team went deeper in understanding how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. We also explored the shifts that are needed for a more intentional strengths based approach to collaborare. Majority of the participants gave excellent feedback about the enjoyable learning and time well spent. The overall atmosphere was very open and people were very happy to engage and connect with each other.

Am glad once again that I could facilitate a workshop for STB. Hope to continue impacting this organization.
