Summary:
This was the 15th CliftonStrengths Team workshop delivered for Singapore Tourism Board. The session was held in the Singapore office, on January 2019. This was for the staff from STB Singapore Visitor Centre and there was a total of 15 participants. I co-facilitated this CliftonStrengths workshop with fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Vivian Liang. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Besides taking the time to make sure the participants learn the strengths language and gain ownership of their talent themes, we covered the four domains of team strengths and complimentary partnerships.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. Being new to the idea of strengths, the team took a little while to warm up but soon the walls came down. They became very excited to learn their strengths and was very engaged listening and interacting with each other. Participants rated an average of 9.1/10 for the overall workshop.
