CliftonStrengths Singapore Workshop Program for STB Singapore Visitor Centre.
This was the 15th workshop for Singapore Tourism Board and we are super happy to continue impacting the different teams in this organization. Co-facilitated this StrengthsFinder workshop with fellow Gallup Certified Coach, Vivian Liang. Being new to the idea of strengths, the team took a little while to warm up but soon the walls came down. They became very excited to learn their strengths and was very engaged listening and interacting with each other.
