CliftonStrengths Workshop in Hanoi (Vietnam) - Johnson & Johnson
"This CliftonStrengths workshop was conducted for a team of 14 individuals from JnJ Hanoi, Vietnam. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language for stronger partnerships and collaboration.
Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) workshop for JnJ, held in Hanoi Vietnam on 13 Dec 2018. This was the 1st workshop I had conducted in Hanoi and there were 14 participants. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. The participants were all local Vietnamese and they were very hungry to learn and very participative. Energy level was high and there were lots of laughter. Hope to be able to come back to Hanoi for future workshops!
