"This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for the senior leadership from the Supply Chain team from Zebra Technologies, held in Guangzhou, China. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their leadership and day to day work. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.

Summary:
This CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Workshop Program was for the Supply Chain leadership team from Zebra Technologies. This was session 1 with another session being arranged as a follow up for this team to be held in Penang, Malaysia. This workshop was held in Science Park, Guangzhou in China, on 22 November 2018.

This was also my first time I did a workshop in Guangzhou, China. Participants were from China, Singapore and Malaysia and the workshop was conducted in English and Chinese. The team was hungry for learning and participation was very high. There were lots of team members who had both the Analytical and Learner CliftonStrengths theme and there was lots of curiosity and questions. The most engaging activity was the activity where people sketched out what their talent themes meant for them. There were lots of great conversations and laughter that came out of that!
