"This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for four different teams from Zebra Technologies in Guangzhou, China. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their leadership and day to day work. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.

Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop designed and developed specifically for a group of 40 participants from Zebra Technologoes based in Guangzhou, China. The participants came from four different departments, including the team leaders from each department. The session was held on 9 May, 2019.

In the morning, we covered the Strengths fundamentals and the strengths language. We created opportunities for the participants to interact and understand the different talent themes. The focus was on learning individual’s talent themes and helping the leaders understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.

The afternoon session was focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, how to leverage strengths for partnerships, explored trust in teams and how our strengths powerfully influence our leadership style and our communication styles. Throughout the day, we had group coaching, many facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for more effective business and team leadership.
