Summary:
This CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop was held in Penang, Malaysia and it was a follow up workshop to the previous session conducted in Guangzhou, China. The participants were the regional leaders from the Supply Chain team from Zebra Technologies. The full day session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. So glad that even though the participants had gone through a one full day workshop previously, their enthusiasm was still 10/10 and participation rate was very high. The highlight for many was understanding the relationship between strengths and values. Lots of great conversations that went quite deep!
