CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop - NTU PEAK Program

"This CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop was conducted for a group of students from NTU Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help the students identify their dominant talent themes and explore their future career pathways as well as leadership applications.

Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths leadership workshop for a group of 40 NTU students, held in Singapore. The focus of the workshop was increasing the self awareness of these students and to help them gain greater perspectives of the realities of working in the marketplace. What was different about this workshop was that it included a segment where I facilitated a sharing by panelists formed by marketplace leaders. One shared about her innovation work in Grab. Another shared about the innovation work in Centre for Strategic Futures, part of a Strategic group under Prime Minister Office. The last panelist shared about her innovation work in Mann+Hummel.
