CliftonStrengths Career and Leadership Workshop for Students - NTU Peak Program
Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Leadership and Career Workshop for NTU PEAK program, held in the NTU campus in Singapore. This was a full day workshop for a group of 40 selected NTU leaders and the second time we are running this program. The session was held on 19 September 2018. Other than the student leaders diving deep into knowing and applying their strengths, the highlight was no doubt the leadership panel formed by established industry professionals. The panelists included marketplace leaders from Barclays, Shell and Finexis. All the panelists have extensive experiences in corporate leadership and specifically in finance. it was a treat for the students. The questions fielded were extremely relevant and greatly answered by the panelists. I enjoyed facilitating the conversations and it was a 10/10 experience for me personally. Feedback for the workshop was superb as well. The average was 9.1 out of 10. Amazing time spent with aspiring young leaders!
