CliftonStrengths Career and Leadership Workshop - NTU PEAK Program 01

Victor Seet and NTU PEAK students celebrating a fun CliftonStrengths career and leadership workshop with energetic group activities in Singapore

This CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop was conducted for a group of 40 students from NTU Singapore, held on Feb 2018 on the NTU campus. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help the students identify their dominant talent themes and explore their future career pathways as well as leadership applications.

Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths career and leadership workshop for a group of 40 NTU students, held in NTU campus in Singapore. The session was held on 20 February 2018. This is the first time we are involved in the PEAK program.

The focus of the workshop was increasing the self awareness of these students and to help them gain greater perspectives of the realities of working in the marketplace. We started by covering the strengths fundamentals and having the students learn and share about how their different talent themes play out in school or in their personal life. We also create a segment where they discover how each talent contributes specifically at work and to help them explore what might be the type of tasks they can excel at in the workplace.

We ended by focusing on leadership applications, specifically in self and team leadership. We covered the four domains of leadership strengths and designed an interactive activity to help them learn.
