CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop in Guangzhou, China - Zebra Technologies
"This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for a Senior Management China team from Zebra Technologies, held in Guangzhou, China. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their leadership and day to day work. This CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop was held in Guangzhou, China for the senior management China team from Zebra Technologies. The session was held on 23 November 2018. It was a full day session focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
In the morning, we first help the leaders to learn the strengths language and facilitated several conversations between each other. After that, we explored how to apply strengths as individuals to grow in productivity and professional development. The leaders went deep in understanding how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
In the afternoon, we focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, how to leverage strengths for partnerships, explored trust in teams and manage conflicts using our strengths. Throughout the day, we had group coaching, many facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for more effective business and team leadership.
