Singapore CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop S2 - ILTC, Agency for Integrated Care
"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for the ILTC division from Agency for Integrated Care. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help the team leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language for stronger partnerships and collaboration.
Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths team workshop delivered for the ILTC Quality, Innovation and Productivity Division from Agency of Integrated Care (AIC), held in Learning Hub, Somerset in Singapore. This was a follow up workshop after the division had done the workshop one year ago and found it meaningful and powerful. This follow up was meant to build on what was covered a year ago and focused on team dynamics, specifically on collaboration and conflict management.
The team session took place on 19 January 2018. There was a total of 30 participants. We covered again the four domains of team strengths more comprehensively, how to leverage strengths for partnerships, explored trust in teams and how to use strengths to manage conflicts.
Throughout the day, we had group coaching, many facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
