Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop delivered for a team of leaders from a global Pharmaceutical MNC, held in Singapore. This leadership workshop, delivered in January 2018, was the 8th training workshop since the partnership started in 2016. Am glad that the partnership and trust continued to grow. This leadership workshop was conducted for the leaders of the MNC’s South East Asia team as part of a retreat. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
