The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their leadership roles. Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths Workshop in Lijiang, China was for the regional leaders from Zebra Technologies. The participants came from HongKong, China (Beijing, Shanghai), Japan, Korea, Czech Republic, India, Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) and Singapore. The session explored Strengths based Leadership and how as Leaders, we can leverage our strengths to grow our individual and team performances. We covered extensively on the four leadership domains to especially help the leaders learn some of the key distinctions. We also explored Strengths Partnership and how we can use Strengths to overcome our weaknesses.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for increasing their leadership capacity.
