Summary:
This was a half-day CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop done for the International Group of Directors from Singapore Tourism Board, held in Singapore. There was a total of eight participants. This was the 17th session I have done for STB over the years and it continues to be a joy to be trusted by this organization. Session was held on 10 July 2023 at the STB office in Orchard Road.

The session focused on leadership dynamics using the full 34 CliftonStrengths profiles with the goal of helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they lead, work and relate to one another. Integrating ontological approach, I explored the strengths mindset of leaders and discussed the case for strengths. We also covered the four domains of leadership strengths and help the leaders see the distinctions of how the domains shape the way we lead and make decisions. We briefly covered some blindspots and answer the questions on the approach to overcoming weaknesses in a strengths-based approach.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for leadership decisions.

Felt totally at ease and at home with this group of leaders! Thankful that I could connect with Serene Tan again. In the 17 sessions I have conducted over the years, she has probably been in four of those. So great to connect with her again.
