This StrengthsFinder Leadership Workshop was a follow up session after the team from Cultural Precinct Division completed our level 1 module KNOWstrengths™ last year. So for this leadership workshop, the team covered level 2 module APPLYstrengths™ and level 3 module LEVERAGEstrengths™. It was great meeting and connecting back with this team from Singapore Tourism Board again. There was a very high level of participation and engagement. I had a great partnership with Madelia Thia, a fellow Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder Coach, delivering and facilitating the workshop together.
