CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop - Singapore Tourism Board

Victor Seet leading an energetic CliftonStrengths workshop for STB Cultural Precincts team in Singapore

Summary:
This was the second CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Workshop for this team. It was a follow-up session after the team from Cultural Precinct Division completed a half day workshop covering the strengths fundamentals last year. This session was a full day session for the team of 10.

We started with some recap to strengthen the strengths language for the team, using the opportunity for team building as well. The participants quickly went into a very energized mode as they talk and explore each other’s talent themes and how the talents showed up at work.

After that, we went deep into team dynamics, covering the four domains of leadership extensively and how to leverage strengths for partnerships. We also explored trust in teams and how our strengths affect the way we communicate and collaborate with each other. Through the session, owe had group coaching, facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for more effective team collaboration.
