Gallup StrengthsFinder Singapore Leadership workshop
Drove up from Singapore to Malacca for a CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Leadership workshop held for Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (NTU). This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was planned as part of a team planning retreat held in Malaysia. Had a wonderful time. My Activator and Communication love the 3 hours driving and chatting about Strengths alongside fellow Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder Coach Mandy Lin. We had time to talk about our past CliftonStrengths workshops and how we can do better. We coach one another by asking questions and helping each other be more self-aware. Felt there was great impact made on one another even before the workshop happen! Based on participants' feedback, there was also a very high level of participation and engagement in the workshop. That kept my Achiever happy! Of course, as many Singaporeans will identify, the simple joy of enjoying the curly fries from A&W made the trip sweeter. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience! I love what I do! #GivingThanks
