CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop - NTU Singapore

Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Leadership workshop held for the Shared Services team from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (NTU). This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was planned as part of a team planning retreat held in Malacca, Malaysia. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. We did many different activities to help the leaders learn the strengths language in a fun way. There were group coaching, facilitated discussions and some individual reflections throughout the session.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.

Had the support of fellow Gallup Certified Coach Mandy Lin. We had time to talk about our past CliftonStrengths workshops and how we can do better. We also coach one another by asking questions and helping each other be more self-aware. Based on participants' feedback, there was also a very high level of participation and engagement in the workshop.

Outcomes from the session:
From the workshop, I now better understand the group dynamics – where the team’s strengths are, and how the individuals in the team are wired. Both facilitators were very engaging throughout the session.
