#Singapore CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) #Workshop for student leaders from Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School at #Bishan. This CliftonStrengths workshop was part of a student leadership camp and we had the privilege to sharing with the students what Strengths Based Leadership means and look like. The session was also designed as Team Building in nature to help the students to grow in their relationship with one another. It was an enjoyable session, one in which I got to share my own personal leadership journey, how I became an #entrepreneur and started #StrengthsSchool. It was a great team effort as well. The team of Gallup Certified Singapore Coaches, Gideon, Amanda Joy Loh and Madelia Thia, did an excellent job in conducting the different sessions and coaching the students. The teachers were very satisfied with how the program was run.
