Singapore CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop S1 - ILTC, Agency for Integrated Care

This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 32 individuals from AIC. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language for stronger partnerships and collaboration.

Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths (former Gallup StrengthsFinder) workshop for ILTC Division from Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), held in Singapore on 2nd March 2017. This CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop was planned as part of a full day strategic planning program for all the staff.

There was a total of 32 participants. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Besides taking the time to make sure the participants learn the strengths language and gain ownership of their talent themes, we covered the four domains of team strengths and complimentary partnerships.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams. There were lots of interaction and laughter. It was nice watching the participants enjoying the different planned activities which were specially designed to build appreciation for one another.
