#Gallup #StrengthsFinder #Leadership workshop for Singapore Prison Service. This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was planned as part of a leadership development program for the care officers in the Singapore Prison Services. These officers are activated whenever there are crisis to deal with. Main objective was to help these care officers understand how to apply their strengths towards making good and timely decisions during stressful situations. It was a great and enriching experience hearing how these leaders use their strengths in crisis management. Looking forward to more of such leadership workshops in the future!
