CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Singapore Prison Service

Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths (formerly known as StrengthsFinder) Leadership workshop for Singapore Prison Service, held in Changi Singapore. This CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop was planned as part of a leadership development program for the care officers in the Singapore Prison Services. These officers are activated whenever there are crisis to deal with.
The main objective and focus was to help these care officers understand how to apply their strengths towards making good and timely decisions during stressful situations. We covered extensively on what triggered each individual based on their talent themes, especially under stress when their needs are not met. It was a great and enriching experience hearing how these leaders use their strengths in crisis management. Looking forward to more of such leadership workshops in the future!
