Gallup StrengthsFinder workshop at Uber Singapore office.
This CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) workshop was designed as part of an onboarding program for new hires. Main objective was to help these new hires understand how to apply their strengths towards living out the Uber values and how to have the right conversations with their managers. It felt great to receive very positive feedback about how the workshop went. Looking forward to more of such workshops in the future!
