CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop - STB (Visitor Experience Division)
Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths team workshop done for Singapore Tourism Board (Visitor Experience Division). It was a fun filled day! The session was held in the STB office in Orchard Road Singapore and held on 14 February 2019. There was a total of 19 participants.
Thankful that I can continue to partner Singapore Tourism Board and run multiple workshops for this Stat Board since the partnership started a few years back. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
