CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - JnJ Thailand (Bangkok)

"This CliftonStrengths workshop was conducted for a team of 18 individuals from Janssen Bangkok, Thaniland. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language for stronger partnerships and collaboration.

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop Program for a group of 18 regional leaders from Janssen, part of the Johnson and Johnson group. This workshop was held in Bangkok, Thailand. This was the 10th CliftonStrengths workshop delivered for JnJ and glad that we can continue to impact the different teams in this organization. Participants include people from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
