CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Microsoft CELA Singapore

Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop Program for Microsoft Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) regional team. This workshop was held in one of the hotels on Sentosa island, Singapore. This was a first time I ran a workshop in Singapore but there was no Singaporean participant in the workshop. Instead participants were from Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their team.

It was a small intimate setting and gave me the opportunity to take the team into several deep discussions about the Strengths-based approach. I loved the tough questions and the intense discussion by the team of legal counsels. Workshop went extremely well and I had a 9.2 average feedback out of 10. Extremely satisfied!
