StrengthsFinder (CliftonStrengths) Singapore Leadership Workshop Program for one of Microsoft’s regional legal team. This workshop was held in one of the hotels on Sentosa island, Singapore. This was a first time I ran a workshop in Singapore but there was no Singaporean participant in the workshop. Instead the people were from Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong. It was a small intimate setting and gave me the opportunity to take the team into several deep discussions about the Strengths-based approach. I loved the tough questions and the intense discussion by the team of legal counsels. Workshop went extremely well and I had a 9.2 average feedback out of 10. Extremely satisfied!
