This leadership workshop for this MNC was for the top tier of Senior Management across Asia Pacific. Many of them have been exposed to CliftonStrengths Tool but wanted to continue to deepen the journey. Was a great privilege to be chosen together with Jason to facilitate this group of leaders to deepen their understanding about Strengths Based Leadership. We also touched on how focusing on strengths can increase the level of employee engagement. The pressure was immense as this was the highest level and the top tier of leaders within the organization. Everything needed to be done with excellence. In the end, it was such a joy to have the Group Chairman affirm the workshop and shared about how he felt that he benefitted from it. Feeling thankful for God's grace in the whole process!
