CliftonStrengths (Gallup StrengthsFinder) Leadership Workshop for Janssen Commercial Team completed! Back in #Singapore! The focus of this follow up leadership workshop was about leveraging strengths to create a strong positive leadership culture. It was especially needed in a dynamic regional business landscape. I also added a new segment of strengths based application by learning the top 5 cutting edge activities to strengthen strengths application. It was helpful for some to understand Destiny and Calling. That section of he workshop was extremely well received by the regional leaders. Thankful for a great wrap up and many happy faces! Looking forward to coming to #Chiangmai #Thailand again.
