Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths leadership workshop delivered for a group of very established regional leaders, many of them flying in from overseas so we had a chance to do the session in person rather than having a hybrid session. The session was held in Singapore and was done in November 2022.

The emotional and mood space of the team was perfect for learning. Many shared openly and vulnerably. Each person intentionally slowed down, listened to others and had time for personal reflection.

I had fun designing the short session, listening in and observing the dynamics. I deeply believe the insights and feedback generated through the session will bear fruit for many of these leaders.
