Had a fabulous time facilitating a team session and coaching a group of very established leaders using #cliftonstrengths. Many flew in from overseas so we had a chance to do the session in person rather than having a hybrid session.
The emotional and mood space of the team was perfect for learning. Many shared openly and vulnerably. Each person intentionally slowed down, listened to others and had time for personal reflection.
I had fun designing the short session, listening in and observing the dynamics. I deeply believe the insights and feedback generated through the session will bear fruit for many of these leaders.
