Summary:
This was a full day CliftonStrengths workshop for a group of 30 volunteers from CDAC, held in Singapore. It was arranged to appreciate the volunteers and with the aim of increasing their personal effectiveness. I was genuinely surprised (in a good way) how the workshop created intergenerational dialogues with the youngest at early twenties and the oldest participant in the late seventies. It was a very good mix of different generations represented.
