This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for the Cultural Precinct from Singapore Tourism Board, held in Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their business strategies and team leadership. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.

The Engagement:

In February 2016, Victor delivered the first CliftonStrengths Team Workshop for Singapore Tourism Board - a half-day team building programme for the Cultural Precincts team, held in Singapore. There was a total of 9 participants. What began as a single team engagement grew into a long-term partnership spanning multiple divisions across STB over the following years.

The Challenge:

The Cultural Precinct team needed a shared framework for understanding individual working styles, improving communication, and strengthening collaboration across a team of diverse talents and personalities.

The Approach:

Victor designed the session around team dynamics - helping participants discover how their individual CliftonStrengths talent themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. The session created a safe environment where participants were willing to suspend judgement and ask genuine questions about each other's talent themes. The result was a room that was visibly energised and engaged throughout, with participants actively exploring each other's strengths rather than passively receiving information.

The Outcomes:

Participants left with greater self-awareness, a shared strengths language, and practical insights for more effective communication and collaboration within the team.
