CliftonStrengths Team Workshop for Cultural Precinct - Singapore Tourism Board
This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for the Cultural Precinct from Singapore Tourism Board, held in Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their business strategies and team leadership. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.
Summary:
This was the first CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) Team Workshop for Singapore Tourism Board, held in Singapore. It was a half day team building program. The participants were from the Cultural Precinct team and this session was conducted in February 2016.
The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
Initially, I was not sure what to expect. It turned out to be a fantastic experience. The participants were very engaged and through out the entire strengths workshop program, the whole room was buzzing and alive. The team showed up ready to engage and participate. There was a willingness to suspend judgement as individuals ask questions to discover about each other’s talent themes. Grateful that I could have an opportunity to facilitate this workshop to help the team increase their level of self-awareness so that there can be more effective communication and collaboration.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
