CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop for VF (Bangalore, India)
"This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for a senior leadership team from VF Corporation in Bangalore, India. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their business strategies and team leadership. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.
Summary:
This was a two full days CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop designed and developed specifically for a group of senior leaders from VF Asia based in India. Most of them are exposed to CliftonStrengths for the very first time. There were several successful runs for VF leaders done in Hong Kong and China and the influence and interest spilled over to the leaders in India.
Day 1 covers the Strengths fundamentals and the strengths language. We created opportunities for the participants to interact and understand the different talent themes. The focus was on learning individual’s talent themes and helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
Day 2 was focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, explored trust in teams and how our strengths powerfully influence our leadership style and our communication styles. Throughout the two days, we had group coaching, many facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for developing their leadership capacities.
