CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop for VF Supply Chain (Bangalore, India)
"This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for the leaders from Supply Chain, Sourcing and Distribution from VF Brands in Bangalore, India. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their business strategies and team leadership. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to lead self and team.
Summary:
This was a two full days CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop designed and developed specifically for a group of leaders from VF Brands based in India. These leaders are all from Supply Chain, Sourcing and Distribution.
Day 1 covers the Strengths fundamentals and the strengths language. We created opportunities for the participants to interact and understand the different talent themes. The focus was on learning individual’s talent themes and helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
Day 2 was focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, explored trust in teams and how our strengths powerfully influence our leadership style and our communication styles. Throughout the two days, we had group coaching, many facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for developing their leadership capacities.

The workshop was excellent and the feedback from all the team members was that it was one of the most valuable workshops they have been a part of. The concepts and team exercises certainly helped the teams to grasp the strength based thinking, as well as enabled the team leads to get a closer view of their team dynamics, diversity and strengths.
