CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - VF Asia China Shanghai
Summary:
This is a two full days of CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop conducted for VF Corporation Direct to Consumer (DTC) team, held in Shanghai China.
The participants were all trainers within this Fortune 500 company so I felt the pressure!
Day 1 was covering the Strengths fundamentals and the strengths language. We created opportunities for the participants to interact and understand the different talent themes. The focus was on learning individual’s talent themes and helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
Day 2 was focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, explored trust in teams and how our strengths powerfully influence our leadership style and even our training styles. Throughout the two days, we had group coaching, many facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
