Victor Seet facilitating CliftonStrengths leadership workshop for VF Jeanswear Lee and Wrangler leadership team in Shanghai China — "This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for a senior leadership team from VF Asia in Shanghai, China. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their business strategies and team leadership. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.

Summary:
This was a two full days of CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop conducted for VF Jeanswear in China Shanghai office. This was a second workshop planned for the leadership team of VF Jeanswear based in China. First workshop was held in Hong Kong for the Asia Pacific leadership team. VF Jeanswear takes care of the the different brands of jeanswear by VF including Lee Jeans and Wrangler.

Day 1 covered the Strengths fundamentals and the learning of the strengths language so that participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. We created opportunities for the participants to interact and understand each other’s talent themes and working styles. Similar to the first session, we created an opportunity for the team to hear from the Team Leader and to understand her preferred leadership style based on her talent themes.

Day 2 was focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, explored trust and how our strengths powerfully influence our leadership and collaboration style. We focused on team strengths and how the team can leverage on each other's strengths to grow in team performance. We discussed about partnerships. We discussed about leadership. We discussed about team engagement. We did many different learning activities and everyone was highly participative.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
