CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop for VF GBT - Hong Kong
This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for the leadership team from Global Business Technology from VF Corporation. The workshop was held in Hong Kong. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their business strategies and team leadership. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.
Summary:
This was a two full days CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop designed and developed specifically for the team of leaders from Global Business Technology (GBT) from VF Asia. Workshop took place in Hong Kong. Similar to the workshop delivered for the Jeanswear team which was very well received, we designed the two days to incorporate most of the content and tweaked some aspects to achieve specific outcomes desired by the group.
Day 1 covers the Strengths fundamentals and the strengths language. We created opportunities for the participants to interact and understand the different talent themes. The focus was on learning individual’s talent themes and helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.
Day 2 was focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, how the leaders can leverage each other’s strengths for partnerships, explored trust in teams and how our strengths powerfully influence our leadership style and our communication styles. Throughout the two days, we had group coaching, many facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration.
