CliftonStrengths Coaching Workshop for Managers - VF (Hong Kong and China)
Summary:
This was the first of two full days Strengths Coaching Skills Workshop using CliftonStrengths. This session was held in Hong Kong while there will be a session two that will be held in Shanghai, China. The focus was on helping leaders and managers implement a strengths coaching framework and tools for their leadership role.
This workshop was a pilot leadership program for VF. One of the key goals was to sustain a strengths-based culture and the leadership was keen on having the managers pick up strengths coaching skills to create more coaching conversations. The hope was also that performance and developmental conversations could also be more strengths focused. The managers had many role play practices using the templated tools and actual CliftonStrengths data so that they be better prepared to take the new skills back into their area of work.
