Singapore CliftonStrengths Career Development Workshop - MSF

Summary:
This is a two hours CliftonStrengths Career Workshop Program for MSF, held in their Singapore office. This Strengths-Based Career Development Workshop program was part of a series of learning courses opened to sign up for the staff in the Ministry of Social and Family Development. We talked about the benefits of the Strengths-based approach as well as how CliftonStrengths as a tool can help people discover and understand their innate talents. Because of time constraints, the CliftonStrengths workshop was mainly designed to help people name and claim their top 5 talent themes. The focus was primarily on learning the strengths language, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another.

Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for personal productivity. There were some good interaction between the participants who came from different departments. Overall, it was a session in which most participants feedback that it was very good but too short.
