CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop for VF Operations - Hong Kong
This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for the operations team for VF Corp, held in Hong Kong. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day to day individual and collaborative work. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team culture
Summary:
This was a two full days CliftonStrengths Workshop delivered for the VF operations team. The workshop was held in the Hong Kong office for a group of 22 leaders. All of them are exposed to CliftonStrengths for the very first time. This workshop came after successful workshops delivered for the Jeanswear leadership team and the Global Business Technology team.
Similar to the previous runs, we kept the program consistent. Day 1 covered the Strengths fundamentals and the strengths language with opportunities for the participants to interact and understand the different talent themes. The focus was on learning and having ownership of the individual’s talent themes and helping the leaders understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to others.
Day 2 was focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, how to leverage strengths for partnerships, explored trust in teams and how our strengths influence our leadership style and our communication styles. Throughout the two days, we had group coaching, facilitated discussions, experiential activities and individual reflections.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for teamwork.
