CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Adobe Systems Legal Team, Singapore (Session 1)
"This CliftonStrengths Leadership workshop was conducted for the Legal Team for Adobe Systems in APAC. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language for stronger partnerships and collaboration.
The Engagement:
Victor delivered the first of two customised CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshops for the Adobe Systems Legal Team in Asia Pacific, held in Singapore as part of a wider leadership retreat for the team. Seventeen legal counsels and leaders participated - all reporting directly to Wong Rin Rin, whose own CliftonStrengths coaching journey initiated this team investment. The first workshop took place on 7th July 2015.
The Context:
This engagement began with individual leadership coaching. After completing a CliftonStrengths leadership coaching series with Wong Rin Rin, Legal Director & Associate General Counsel for Adobe Systems Asia Pacific, she recognised the transformative potential of the methodology and invested in bringing it to her entire APAC legal team. The result was a two-session CliftonStrengths workshop series designed to help the team understand each other's working styles and strengthen collaboration across legal and stakeholder relationships.
The Challenge:

The Approach:
Session 1 focused on CliftonStrengths fundamentals and building the strengths language across the team. Victor designed the session with interactive activities and facilitated discussions tailored to the team's retreat objectives - going deep into each participant's top 5 talent themes and creating genuine understanding of how individual themes shape working styles, communication patterns, and professional relationships.
The strengths language that emerged from the session became immediately useful, enabling the team to be more directed and intentional in the strategic discussions that followed during their leadership retreat.
The Outcomes:
Participants left with greater self-awareness, a shared strengths language, and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within the legal team and with key stakeholders across Adobe's Asia Pacific operations.
