CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop for Remy Cointreau - Shanghai, China
This CliftonStrengths leadership workshop was conducted for a senior leadership team from Remy Cointreau in Shanghai, China. This session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool to help leaders identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their business strategies and team leadership. The session was delivered in Chinese. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language among the leadership team.
Summary:
This was a two full days CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) leadership workshop for the Senior Leadership Team of Remy Cointreau, held in Shanghai, China. The CliftonStrengths workshop was delivered in Chinese with a supporting facilitator translating the workshop in English to two of the participants who were from France. This was the first CliftonStrengths workshop for Remy and the senior leaders were exposed to CliftonStrengths for the very first time. This engagement is part of Victor's CliftonStrengths coaching and workshop work across Asia and internationally.
This was a referral after successful leadership workshops done for VF and we used the same two days format for this session. Day 1 covers the Strengths fundamentals and the strengths language. We created opportunities for the leaders to interact and understand each other’s talent themes. The focus was on learning individual’s talent themes and helping the leaders understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they lead and relate to one another.
Day 2 was focused on team dynamics and leadership capacity. We covered the four domains of leadership, how the leaders can leverage each other’s strengths for partnerships, explored trust in teams and how our strengths powerfully influence our leadership style and our communication styles.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for developing their leadership capacities.
