Executive Coaching with CliftonStrengths - Andrew Chia

Summary:
This was a coaching engagement where Andrew and I contracted to do executive and life coaching sessions on a retainer basis. Andrew is a General Manager at Pico Art International and leads the commercial team. He previously was in an international bank before pivoting to the events industry.

We have gone through four coaching sessions so far. We explored how he can used his strengths for commercial and team leadership. We also explored how he can used his strengths for personal growth and in his marriage and parenting. As a leader with the Futuristic talent, he is also concerned about leadership succession and we explored how his team of senior leaders and their next tier leaders can be trained in strengths.

Result:
Andrew grew as a leader, progressed in his leadership and is on track for a promotion. There was substantial trust developed between us and I was also brought in to do team coaching for his team in Pico.
