Singapore CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Pico Art Commercial Team 2

"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for the Commerical team from Pico Art International, held in Singapore. This was session 2. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help individuals identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their events and project management roles. After session 1 with the Team Leads and many planning meetings, this was the CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop session 2 with the deputies. The session was held in Singapore, in June 2025.

It was a fantastic time with this group of creatives! Many are emerging leaders and shared that knowing themselves helped them to be more confident and clear about their own contributions at work.

We talked about strengths as leaders. We explored how strengths can be powerful motivations for our work and how strengths is a powerful lens for communication. We also did some work on trust and how trust is connected to strengths. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
