CliftonStrengths Leadership Workshop - Pico Art Session 2
"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 16 from Pico Art International, held in Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help individuals identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their events and project management roles. After session 1 with the Team Leads and many planning meetings, the session 2 with the deputies was finally underway.
It was a fantastic time with this group of creatives! Many are emerging leaders and shared that knowing themselves helped them to be more confident and clear about their own contributions at work.
We talked about strengths as leaders. We explored how strengths can be powerful motivations for our work and how strengths is a powerful lens for communication.
We also did some work on trust and how trust is connected to strengths. Looking forward to part 3!
