CliftonStrengths Team Building Workshop - Pico Art Events (Festival Management)

"This CliftonStrengths team workshop was conducted for a team of 15 from Pico Art International Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles in event management. Participants left with deeper self-awareness and a shared strengths language to strengthen team collaboration.Interested in a similar workshop for your team? Explore CliftonStrengths Workshops →"

Together with Mark David, I ran another team workshop with Pico Group in Singapore. This was for one of the events team focusing on IP related projects and Festival management.

The goal was helping the team
✅ identify the unique strengths of individuals
✅ increase appreciation of varied strengths and contributions.
✅develop greater respect and appreciation of each team member.
✅forge deeper relationships and collaboration through the process.

We spent a considerable amount of time identifying the super powers and uniqueness of each individual through different activities.

The team also gave us space to share and highlight the special combinations of talents we observed on the team grid and the cutting edge these combinations brought.

A lovely time with the team! 😁
