I ran another CliftonStrengths team workshop with Pico Art International, held in Singapore. This was for one of the events team focusing on IP related projects and Festival management. The session took place in September 2025.
The goal was helping the team
- identify the unique strengths of individuals including the unique cutting edge each brings
- increase appreciation of varied strengths and contributions through the four domains.
- develop greater respect and appreciation of each team member.
- forge deeper relationships and collaboration through the process.
We spent a considerable amount of time identifying the super powers and uniqueness of each individual through different activities. The team also gave us space to share and highlight the special combinations of talents we observed on the team grid and the cutting edge these combinations brought.
