CliftonStrengths Team Coaching for a Singapore Start-Up - Acoerela

Victor Seet facilitating a CliftonStrengths team coaching for Acoerela start-up team at their NUS office in Singapore

Summary:
This was a full day team coaching session for Acoerela, a Singapore Start Up, held in their office in NUS on 27 August 2026. This was a session attended by the team of 5. I had the opportunity to integrate ontological coaching with CliftonStrengths.

We started off with an experiential activity that helped the team to understand the idea of the Observer. Then we focused on unpacking the each person’s dominant talent themes and understand the foundations of strengths-based teams. We had several rounds of group conversations, going deep into understanding each person’s talents, theme pairings and how to leverage each person’s talents. With the small group size, I could facilitate the conversations to go deep and giving each person time to share as well as ask questions.

After lunch, we continue the team coaching work and shifted gear to understand stress behaviours, blindspots and how to support each other. We ended with a short segment on strengths and trust. The Acoerela team went away with practical insights and applications on how they can sharpen their talents and be more productive as a team working together. It was really a fulfilling time as I coach this start up team.
