Summary:
This was a CliftonStrengths teambuilding workshop delivered for the Precision Engineering team from Economic Development Board (EDB), Singapore. This team workshop was delivered in August 2017. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
