This was a CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) workshop for the Information Technology Division for EDB and some of the photos were taken and given to me by the organizer, who also happened to be the photographer for that day! The day started with the CIO sharing how he felt StrengthsFinder will be great for the team. That short speech was very encouraging and set the right tone for the team to learn about their strengths. The workshop went very well and there were lots of laughter! Very glad to have fellow Singapore Gallup coaches, Mandy and Meiling, giving strong support in the workshop as well!
