CliftonStrengths Group Coaching - NUS

A Slow start to 2026

It really has been a rather challenging start to the year. I can really empathize with those who have had a bad start to the year.

Took time to fully recover from Influenza A. The cough and itchy throat continued to create disturbance and it was just hard to focus at work.

As an #Activator, the lack of momentum was triggering.

In the midst of frustration and feeling stuck, the opportunity to do some follow up strengths coaching work with Shawn Koh and two of his teams came up. The chance to deepen the impact of strengths was greatly welcome.

The preparation, design work and eventual coaching work brought relief and much joy. I greatly enjoy using #CliftonStrengths to call out the brilliance of individuals and teams.

I can now better appreciate and connect the dots to the feedback of my prophetic gifting while I serve in church. #Connectedness

So on this personal note, my wish for 2026 is to have greater clarity, confidence and conviction in how I can use my giftings to lift up the spirit of others.

This post marks a little victory.

And hopefully I will gain some momentum from here.
