CliftonStrengths Group Coaching - NUS
"This CliftonStrengths team coaching was conducted for a team of 15 from National University of Singapore. The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help the team deepen understanding of their dominant talent themes and apply into the work with students as well as team collaboration. Summary: This was a Group coaching session done for staff at the National University of Singapore (NUS), facilitated in January 2026.
We started by covering the strengths fundamentals and having the team learn and share about how their different talent themes play out at work, especially in the area of leadership.
Following that, we shift focus to team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. We covered extensively in theme pairings and how participants can leverage each other’s strengths to do the work as a team more effectively.
Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.
