Summary:
This was a half day CliftonStrengths Team Building session for the staff from Trade Strategy and Security Division (TSSD), from the MInistry of Trade and Industry (MTI). The session was facilitated in January 2026, held in the Treasury Building in Singapore.
We started by covering the strengths fundamentals and having the team learn and share about how their different talent themes play out at work, especially in the area of leadership. There were different conversations facilitated among the team. I also facilitated a time of sharing by the director to articulate how she used her talents at work, what she aspires for the team and how she hopes her team can leverage her talents.
We then shift focus to team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical applications for both growing their individual productivity and strengthening collaboration within their teams.
